Review content:
My 2 year old son had been sitting calmly in a high chair the entire time we had our soup and appetizer, eating from a bowl with out any problems or mess. When the main dish came we asked for a small plate for him and were given a funny look by the waitress. Then the manager/hostess came over with one and told me that I would have to ""control"" my son in order for him to have a plate, so he would not make a mess on the carpet. They said he was not allowed to eat on his own. We asked to speak to the owner and he said the same thing, that kids make a mess and it is his policy not to let 6 month old babies feed themselves! (My son is 2 and had already been eating without anything on the floor). The owner proceeded to tell us that any fine dining establishment has rules about children. He raised his voice several times. We asked if he didn't want children in his restaurant and he said, it is a family restaurant. We said obviously not and left without eating our meals.
Cons: Very rude owner and staff
