Unfortunately I had to give this place a star, they dont even deserve one star, I followed a groomer, Michelle, to this place. She was an awesome groomer but for some reason she left. For the past two times after she left, my boy gave me an awful time about goin in - he never did that before. I took him yesterday and he was carrying on and crying and shaking and I should have followed my gut and not left him there. I asked for just a clean up on my dog. I wanted him BATHED AND BRUSHED AND CLEANED around his bottom. My dog came out and THEY SHAVED MY DOG!!! And then the owner Nick told me that he'd fix it - oh yeah, how? You gonna glue his fur back on? Fixing it and making me happy would have been giving me my check back (they make sure you pay before you see your dog). Well he didnt fix it and he lost a customer and I'm gonna do all I can to make sure this doesnt happen to another dog.
