We enrolled our 3 month old to this facility and cannot say enough negative things about this place. When we first came to check it out, it seemed very clean, the teachers were nice, etc. However, on our first day we were given no direction on what to do, where to go, and we were greeted in such a cold manner. Not to mention, we were NEVER asked for our identification the entire few weeks our child was there. There is no security what so ever in place and when you ask, all they say is that someone is always at the front desk. Well that's not the case at all. The very first day I picked up my child there was no one there, all doors were unlocked, and I simply walked right into the infant room which is the first room in the daycare. There was my child, in a swing right by the door while the teacher was in the back of the room reading a MAGAZINE! I told her who's Mom I was, and she was fine with me taking her and didnt even ask for proof of who I was.I had never even met this teacher! I of course mentioned this as a concern of my child's safety and complained to the lady at the desk who showed up as I was leaving. No one STILL asked for my ID, even after my complaint! My child may as well had a shirt on that read ""AMBER ALERT!""
