I USE TO like this pub a lot I have been here on several occasions, for my birthday or just for a night out with friends. Maybe its because they won awards and it got to their heads, but in the past few months, the service has sharply declined and so has the food. The main point of this review is this.... I made a reservation a week in advance for dinner at 8PM on a weeknight. Yes, a popular time, but when we arrived (at 7:45 nonetheless) they told us that they were all full and gave our table away to a ""big group"". The hostess was trying to pull every lame excuse on us as to why she had just given the table away. On top of that, she was rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and because of it, I will NEVER go here again.
