I was deeply disappointed in the customer service and managent of Shiraz restaurant in San Antonio. I got double charged for an evening of dinner. After multiple call to Shiraz, and many unanswered called, I was told that this would be take care of immediately. A month later, they still have not refunded my $$, and now claim they did not charge me twice, and will not refund my money. The management was rude, and aloof. My bank is handling the dispute., but I will not go back, and advise others to be careful with credit card charges at this establishment.
