Review content:
The times I've needed an appliance repaired, I've always relied on Independent. They were recommended to me by another satisfied customer. The work is always quality, done in a timely manner, and at very reasonable rates - much less than I would have expected to pay, yet I have never been disappointed by the quality of the work. In fact, the service person has done little things for free, like moving my dryer door so it opened the opposite way for convenience. It's little touches like that, that show great customer service. It's always a welcome change of pace when you can find a company that goes out of its way like that.
