We were on vacation taking a peek at our seemingly small car troubles, when Paul pulled up next to us and noticed some very vital problems and offered to help us out in anyway he could without hesitation. He even took it upon himself check a nearby store for auto parts. Even though everything was closed due to the weekend he still was able to pull together all he had to stabilize our issues and get us back home safely. He was informative, and considerate, and Paul even called us a couple hours later to see how things were coming along. He had originally told us that he had a reputation for saving his customers money, and that he would never present any hidden fees; we found this to be true. He really knows how to work with whatever situation he has to get you a good result.
