Security was unorganized and unprofessional. My kids were very disappointed as they could not see the stage. This venue is probably ok for adult concerts, but terrible for a child/pre-teen concert. Big let down. I have brought my kids to other shows in other cities (we are new to Houston area) and I guess we just have very high expectations. Security did not inform us that certain items had to go through a special gate, so after waiting in line for over an hour, and finally reaching the gate, we were instructed that prescription drugs needed to go through another line? Really? This couldn't have been told to people before? The kids cried when they couldn't see the stage. And we ended up leaving early. Do yourself a favor and do NOT bring kids to this venue. It may be cheap, but wasn't even worth the small amount spent for the headache.
