Review content:
We had a leak as soon as we moved into our home 11 months ago (a bucket has been under it for all that time, although they said it was fixed) When we got a big leak in the garage roof, they came out and turned the system off and said it needed a bigger valve. The next week his wife called and said the builder had agreed to pay for the valve and her husband would be out sometime in the week to install it. We waited 2 weeks..........no phone call and no visit. I called and they hung up on me twice!! 3 weeks out from that and still no call or visit!! Wonder how they would feel with a lawsuit if our house burns down in the meantime?
