I went here for a pelvic ultrasound after my doctor found some irregularities. I went in on a Friday afternoon, and was luckily the first patient after lunch, as they had severely overbooked, and apparently other women (with uncomfortably full bladders) had to wait an extra hour or so after me. The ultrasound went fine, the technician was very nice. Before my appointment I tried calling to make sure I knew their location, and the phones didn't work. When I got there they said they were having ""communication problems"" but that they would be fixed by Monday, and my results would be sent to my doctor. ONE WEEK later, I had still heard nothing, called my doctor, who said they had not received any reports from the radiologist. The nurse finally got through to them, and their answer for the delay was ""our fax machine isn't working"". I had been worried for an entire week about my test results, and they could not figure out how to put a report in the mail. I got so fed up, and didn't want to wait through another weekend of not knowing, so I went (their phone was still not working) and physically PICKED UP my results,(which they were able to access immediately), and carried them BY HAND the THREE BLOCKS to the doctors office. I need further (immediate) tests based on those results, and my treatment was delayed a good week because they could not figure out how to get test results out in a reasonable timeframe. My referring doctor's office said that they had several patients for whom they were waiting for results. Totally unprofessional, since they didn't even bother to warn me, as a patient, that my results would be delayed, or notify me of the delay and offer the option for me to pick them up myself. I hope I never have to use them again. If you have to go to them, just be prepared to make a trip to get your results on your own, or they apparently cannot figure out how to relay them to the proper people. Heaven forbid they pick up a phone and communicate. Pros: nice technician Cons: apparently don't think it's important to report results in a timely fashion.
