Review content:
Received info that our homeowner's insurance was under threat of cancellation due to a letter/form we needed to sign, but never contacted us. The mortgage company finally threatened to obtain costly insurance which was the first notice we had of a problem. Poor service when one's homeowner insurance is involved in totally unacceptable. Maybe if we were paying installments he would have served us better, I don't know; but he was paid in full, yearly from our escrow account and I guesss he then forgot about us.
