Review content:
A group of 12 of us went to Nuevo Leon for a friends Birthday. We were all on time (as they requested for a reservation), just to find out they had given our reservation away (""on accident""). Although they were able to sit us fairly quickly after that, we sat down at around 8, and our food arrived at 10:30pm. Two and a half ours of waiting is REDICULOUS. Furthermore, I ordered a tortilla soup, (that they charged us for and was clearly on the check), and it never arrived. At 10:45 I approached the manager (who had given us a small discount because of our long wait), and his only response to ""I haven't gotten my food"" was ""well, I gave you guys a discount.""
