I wished I would have looked at the reviews for this limo service. I don't know how they stay in business. I had a client coming in from the UK; so it was very important to make a good impression. I was working on a restricted budget so they were the least expensive out of all the other services I called. But BUYER BEWARE; you get what you pay for ! They picked up my client from the airport but did not know how to get to the hotel on the other side of town. Luckily the client from the UK had map and had to direct the DRIVER from the United States on how to get to the hotel. When I called to complain; there was no apology, there was no I will make sure this does not happen again; very unprofessional company. When i called to cancel for the service for the next day; they did not even ask why someone was canceling with them. They could have been our primary service but they failed to provide the basic common service. I have emailed them my dissatisfaction and will never use them again or recommend them for any event.
Pros: Cheap Price - but you get what you pay for
Cons: Unable to provide the service promised
