Review content:
The first time I stopped in at SAW I was shocked at how well lit, and clean it is. They have a LOT of inventory in a relatively small space, and even more in back. As of this writing I've bought two firearms from them, and will probably buy another before the end of the year. I've taken friends and family there, and every single one of them has been impressed by the clean environment. [] []So I was a little shocked yesterday when a friend of mine went there with me, and after visiting the store (and being amazed by how nice it is) told me about a bad review he had read online. The review was negative about two things, the salesman, and the prices. [] []Anyone who has been into shooting sports for any amount of time knows that gun-shop owners and employees are an eclectic lot. That doesn't mean bad, but they do take some getting used to. I've been in literally dozens of gun-shops in the area that are dirty, cluttered, and wildly overpriced. SAW is not one of them. People need to realize that gun stores are one place where bartering is alive and well. If you think something is overpriced, then NEGOTIATE! [] []I'll also say that if you live anywhere in the DFW metro area, you should really take a trip to SAW. There may be other shops as nice, but I haven't seen them. []
