Review content:
This company is unprofessional and sloppy. They came to fix an issue with our hot tub as part of our home warranty insurance (Fidelity Home National Warranty). First, they tried to sell us a $400 heater maintenance service - claiming that our heater had not been maintained (which it has, just not by them). Second, after their visit, the heater was left on - leaving the pool at over 100F - an error we didn't catch for two days for various reasons (we had a rain storm, and the technician's visit was in the middle of the week). On phoning to complain and tell them they have a problem with the sloppy work of their technician, the immediate attitude of the company was that it couldn't possibly have been their fault. Needless to say, the call went badly and their customer service representative ultimately hung up on us. We've lodged a complaint to Fidelity Home National Warranty (who we've had excellent customer service from other warranty matters), and strongly urge people to consider other pool maintenance providers.
Cons: Sloppy work and poor customer service management
