Review content:
The service here SUCKED! We were told not to write on the sushi menu because they didn't have anymore and had to reuse the one we had. It took TEN minutes for anyone to greet us or take our drink order. My dates food came within 15 minutes. My food took 45 minutes. The staff was confused and never came to let us know what was going on. I talked to the manager and was told the wait staff and sushi chef were new. My date waited for my food to come (because he's a gentleman) and by the time my sushi came out his food was cold.
All I got was an apology and was charged for the full meal.I go to Chaucer's in Addison all the time but this new one in Allen has soo much to learn about being professional. Dont make the same mistake we did~eat somewhere else!
