I've lived at Sweet Home for the past 2 years now and I have to say things are not perfect here but they are getting a lot better than they used to be. I dont know if it's the new managers (even though they are 25 just like all the previous ones) or if they're just finally starting to listen to the residents complaints. Definitely have noticed an improvement in the cleanliness of the hallways and stairs. Hopefully now that more is being done to keep them clean people will respect them more and not trash them every weekend.
If you take advantage of the ammenities this place is definitely worth it. I use the gym every day and the pool deck all the time in the summer.
I've thought about looking for a cheaper place for next year but I honestly can't find a place with the same value because of the private bedroom and bathroom and gym. Oh and you cant beat having a washer/dryer in your apt.
