One star is being polite...purchasing a mattress through this store was an extremely unpleasant experience. For some unknown reason, purchasing a simple mattress set for a spare bedroom turned into the biggest ordeal. Purchased much larger ticket items including our house for less hassle!! So odd. The woman who helped us was the owner and very unprofessional. I am guessing they purchased these stores at ridiculous low cost and have zero experience in customer service and management. When our mattress was delivered, it was dirty and had a horrible odor. Didn't accept the delivery, 2nd attempt the delivery people tore up our lawn and again, mattress dirty. Owner was like dealing with a teenager and didn't take reponstibility for the dirty product. Own up to your poor service and help your paying customers. Not a difficult thing to do ! Filled our other bedrooms with matteresses from another local store and even got our posturpedic pillows for all beds free. Save yourself the headache and hassle, go elsewhere.
