Worst experience. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, the least of a brides worries should be about a bridal shop. Please do not let your loved ones go here. We chose Princess Bridals because they had lower prices. The cost of alterations more than made up for the difference in price. With most bridal shops once they have the down payment you cannot cancel your order. Princess Bridals is well aware of this and use it to their advantage and are very relaxed after they receive your money. Dresses were ordered well in advance and arrived the month of the wedding. The wedding party had to scramble to get alterations done..and every single one of the girls had a problem with the alterations being sloppy/uneven, but it was the week of the wedding so we couldn't fix it. The brides dress arrived in the wrong color(off white and not pure white) but again, too late to fix. I waited 45 minutes for an appointment..and no one even thought to apologize for making me wait. They told me I had to pay $85 plus tax on the alteration cap. Once I questioned them and asked to speak to a manager..they changed their tune and quickly told me that I did not have to pay a tax. That seems odd being that the girls in the wedding party who did not know about this actually paid the ""tax"". What do they do with all the extra money people are paying on taxes? Sounds like a scam to me.
