So obviously the last comment was written by an employee of Halloween Warehouse.
I work with the public for a living, and I know they can be difficult to deal with (kids included). But honestly yelling at costumers will get you no where. I've been to this run-down halloween store on two occasions. Both times I've wittnesed them yelling at different costumers, not to mention when I purchased my costume the employee was less then friendly, didn't speak a word to me while ringing me up. She glared at me and the people I was with the whole time we shopped, I guess to make sure we didn't move anything out of place or steal! The store is run down and way to small for the amount of costumes they sell. They only have two dressing rooms, and costumers only can bring in one costume into the dressing room at a time. Really difficult when there's a huge line that you have to wait in everytime you want to try a costume on. Bottom line is, know that the employees will be rude and have no costumer service AT ALL because they don't think that it's part of ""Americas founding ideals"". No wonder they lose so much business.
