Review content:
We spent a lot of time and effort for the remodel of our backyard and I would say that choosing the spa at the Spa Outlet in Clackamas, getting it delivered, and having it all set up went more smoothly than any of the other projects. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy. They simply seem to believe in the products they sell. They were there to help after the sale too. I have made many calls to them about trivial issues (probably to them at least) and whoever answers the phone is always nice and understanding. They know their water chemistry too. Now if I could just get landscape guy to do this good of a job!
Pros: good product value, timely arrival with delivery, salespeople know their stuff.
