I needed to get photos for my German and my wife's Canadian passports. The lady new what she was doing and went out of her way to get the photos done right. She measured them at least 3 times to make sure they're the right size. She also does fingerprints. It's obvious that she is very experienced and done this for a while. She works very fast, accurate, and is straight forward. No fake smiles. Like some mentioned, she gets down to business! The place is conveniently opened 6 days a week from 7:30am to 5:30pm which made it possible for me not to take a day off work to take care of my photos.
