Make Mcmenamin's wake up. How can these ""pubs and breweries"" be number one? The food is horrible, ordering a beer is like asking a favor of the bar tender, and the beer... well, I won't go there. To make matters worse, they have no respect for the customers.
The Crystal Ballroom has kept mothers and 8 year old kids outside in the cold for over 2 hours when they failed to open the doors to the Ben Folds Live concert. (resulting in an angry mob of soccor moms) After that fateful night, I swore, that I would never enter another Mcmenamin's again. I have also spread the word.
Portland! Do not settle for something because it's familiar! Just because you know that they will have ""hummus"" doesn't make it good! Just because they renovate an old building does not make them good neighbors! BOYCOTT!
