In my opinion they are leaf blower fanatics. In front of my residence there is a small patch of Ivy that could be raked in a matter of minutes. They instead use leaf blowers to blow all the top soil 8 feet up on the exterior of my building, all over my windows and window sills, and turn my freshly swept walkway up to my door into a mud path. I called them up immediately at 10 am in the morning and didn't get a call back until 4:30 pm with some guy saying how important customer service was to them and that they would do something. He also sounded upset we only have every other week service and mentioned it a number of times. Well that was Monday before having guests come over. It is now Friday after all the guests had to see mud and top soil all over the side of my residence. Very disappointing. Leaf blower fanatics.
