Review content:
I will start by saying that they have very nice new dealership and if I had ended up getting a chrevrolet I would have preferred to get it serviced there. I went there twice and worked with Tommy who said he was new. He knew what I was looking for after my first visit and called me that weekend saying he just got excaxtly what I wanted and that it was priced right. I asked for a description of the vehicle and asked if it had any body damage or anything because it was not on there website. He said it was ""very clean"". It was obvious that he did not look at it before he told me that. There was a dent and a large scratch going down the entire side of the car. Then his manager told me the price was going to be higher than what I was told over the phone because it had gone to there mechanics for a tune up. I basically did not want the car at that point, but they kept pushing me to make an offer. So I did make an offer that was Only $2800 off there ""new"" asking price. Then the manager had the nerve to come out and basically call me stupid for making that offer. He was very rude and when I told him about how the car had been misrepresented to me over the phone and wasn't exactly what I wanted because of the damage, he responded like I was wasting his time. I however took off work to come down there to be lied to, then treated like an idiot. I will never go to Marc Heitz Chevrolet again!
