will never use them again! Terrible service. They overcharge you and I am not sure what I paid a ton of money for either. They completely screwed up my paperwork and calculated my taxes wrong. The realtor insisted to work with them, they probably give illegal kickbacks because why would anyone want to deal with them. I had to take time off of work to call them 3 times a week because they didn't return my calls or bother to fix what needed to be fixed like for one refund my charges that they overcharged and give me my corrected papers. It's quite unsettling that these mean, nasty people are in charge of such important things. I finally had to have my attorney call to straighten the entire thing out.
Pros: is it possible, not one?
Cons: enough said.
