Review content:
Yes, the food is good. But for the money they shouldn't charge extra for everything! Things like extra BBQ suace for your Ribs should be included.
They seem to be running a atmosphere of a HIGH END restaurant with good food but with an ""I don't care if you ever come back"" attitude. While it sits in a strip center with a gravel parking lot and a smokey room with a sports bar/home interior design decor. Overall I wouldn't recommend. The food it good but in this case I don't think the good out weights the bad. Customer Serivce will make or break a dining experience. I have had many dinners in Big Art's and sadly they have all been this way. Therefore I have given up and will not be returning. There are other BBQ places in Cincinnati that are happy you are there!
