Review content:
We had a to go order. There was no one in the restaurant at the time so they cannot use ""being busy"" as an excuse. Three side items were missing from our order when we arrived home. When I called to rectify the situation I was told it was my problem and they were not at fault. The side items that were in there were terrible anyway. I will say this, the ribs and pulled pork were good. Later after all of the back and forth with the very rude and incompetent manager, and still not getting compensated for our missing items, I come to find out they charged my account for a $20.00 tip that I did not authorize.
Pros: pulled pork and ribs
Cons: all other food and customer service
