I came in looking for a new look. I ended up looking exactly the same with a slight color change. They talked their way into doing what it is they want and completely disregard what I came in for. The place is nice, but my colorist CC did not understand what I was looking for and did what she thought was best. When I told her what I wanted she just blatantly said she didn't like it. And by the way this place is way over priced. I paid over 250 to look exactly the same. They are very pushy and told me over 6 times to post a positive review on Citysearch. This place is overrated and the work is not worth the price. I am so dissapointed!!!
