BE PREPARED TO WAIT 5 HOURS!! I had an appointment for surgery and yes, they take you in, they shuffle you around but you don't get in for your 15 minute long laser surgery for HOURS! No cell service either so you're watching a movie over and over while waiting and waiting with other people just as bored, apprehensive and aggravated as you. They get you on an up-sell once you finally get in there is something extra you need and of course have to pay for. My right eye wasn't even numb when he started... I screamed and he told me to hold on, it was almost over!!! Then he numbed it again. Thanks!
Then when you come back the next day for your check up... you wait again. This time not for so long but yes, you wait.
Dreadfully, I have to go back tomorrow because I can't see. My right eye is almost useless and I can no longer read!
Let me also add that even with whatever coupon you can find, they are still over-priced. Shop around and find a more personalized place with better prices and less wait time!
