WAS IN THE MOOD FOR SOME SOUL FOOD AND DECIDED TO COME TO MISS MAMIE'S SPOONBREAD... BOY, WAS I BLOWN AWAY!!! I HAD THE MISS MAMIE'S SAMPLER, WHICH GIVES U A CHANCE TO TASTE A LIL BIT OF EVERYTHING. THE FRIED CHICKEN WAS OUT OF SITE!! THE SHORT RIBS OF BEEF AND THE BBQ RIBS WAS JUST FALLING OFF THE BONE..THE MAC AND CHEESE, WAS SOOOO WELL SEASONED, I TOOK SOME HOME!! THE COLLARD GREENS WAS JUST LIKE MY GRANDMA'S AND THE CANDIED YAMS WAS SWEET, JUST HOW I LIKE THEM... THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, THE STAFF TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY...I LOVE THE DECOR BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN YOUR MAMA'S KITCHEN.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE AND I WILL BE BACK... NO SOUL FOOD RESTAURANT IN NEW YORK COMPARES TO SPOONBREAD!!
