I have been a customer of Fast Lube Plus since they took over the store from Lane's Lube a few years ago. I have 3 vehicles and they service them on a regular basis for me. I've read other reviews and to be honest, I dont see what these people are talking about. For example, last Friday I had my 2002 BMW 328i at Fast Lube Plus getting a brake job. I decided to wait for it to be completed, so I was in the lobby for 2 hours that day and I saw probably 10 cars through there. With each customer, the man did a ""Service Review"" and honestly he did not seem pushy or rude. He was simply letting people know important things about their vehicle. The shop appears clean and well organized too. Even the mechanics appear clean considering what they do for a living. I LOVE how fast they get everything done. And I truly believe that with FLP, you are getting what you pay for. Plus, the on-site car wash is really convenient! Overall, I'd have to say that Fast Lube Plus has some of the best service that I ever experienced.
Pros: Quick, Great Customer Service, Honest, and Helpful
