I would not recommend Ramapo Memorial to any one who has lost a loved one and needs to get a grave stone or etching. For over a year, I have been waiting to have an etching done on a memorial at Maryrest, and I have been constantly given false dates for when the etching would be completed. The person who runs the department, Connie, will not return my phone calls (never has from when I started to engage their service--I guess that should have been a sign!)
I have now asked for an update and no one from the company has gotten back to me. This is a terrible way to run a business and I would not recommend anyone using their services. After losing a loved one, you don't need the added grief that this company has given.
