Life can get in the way and after a long two years of doing nothing with my hair, I decided it was time for a major change! I live in the area and drive past the Manor all the time so one evening I stopped in & made an appointment. I brought JoAnne (my stylist) a photo of the hairstyle I wanted and she really took the time to talk about it with me. She was confident and caring and when she was done, what I saw in the mirror literally brought tears to my eyes! It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I felt like the ugly duckling who became the swan.... Thank you JoAnne!
