Review content:
After reading glowing reviews and seeing the best of New Jersey awards this was a restaurant we wanted to visit. First the awards, Best Salad Bar - I've seen better salad bars in a Burger King. Best Steak - We both ordered T-Bone steaks and they were less than 1/2"" thick, were tough, and had no flavor. I'm positive that these steaks had been previously frozen and then defrosted before cooking. You order your food directly from one of the cooks and for some cuts of meat (the ones sold by the ounce) you see what you are ordering before it is cooked. I wish that was the case with the T-Bone we ordered.
The staff was pleasant, and except for the waitress who was chewing gum, professional.
