I can't begin to tell you how extremely happy I am with Newport Boat and their courteous, professional service. My first experience with these guys will not soon be forgotten. I was desperate to find a part for my bayliner and needless to say, Newport Boat & RV didn't have the part in stock but told me they could easily order one for delivery the following day. Since I needed this part immediately because I was in a trout tournament the next day, Shawn directed me to Marine West a few miles away and thought to my self. This guy is sending me to their main competitor and so I left and went straight to Marine West where they had the part in stock and I was able to participate in the trout tournament the following day. Shawn sacrificed a sale in order to satisfy my need for the this part showed me alot.
