I've never step foot into the store. Having that said, this place is still pretty top notch in my book. Their prices are non-negotiable, but for the most part are pretty competitive to any discount retailers. I wouldn't say the product is super high quality, but it's fairly well put together. Ordering is a breeze. You see what you want online take down the item number and phone in your order. This isn't why they get 5 stars from me. Their service is top notch. Let's do a pros & cons list, sans the cons.
1 - Super flexible delivery schedule. They call me the night before to confirm the schedule delivery date. I call back in the a.m. and ask if they can move it up as I double booked, to which they replied. ""No problem man"".
2 - Delivery crew is top notch. Called when they were around the corner. Came in and set everything up. Took out all the garbage and my guy (forgot his name) even left me his cell phone in case something isn't right and he'll personally come and fix it.
Ok, that's all I got, but I think that's all you need. One of these days I'll need to make a trip just to check out the store. Until then.. Tune in next time.. Same bat time, same bat channel.
