Review content:
I have been boarding my two dogs at Boise Kennels for many years. My job often takes me out of town so Boise Kennels became, sort of the second home for my dogs. Always well taken care off and happy when they returned home. This year, while on vacation hundreds of miles from Boise, one of my dogs became very ill. Mark immediately called me and took the dog to a veterinarian. The doctor did what was necessary and Mark took the dog back to the Kennels. The dog was too sick to stay in the main kennel, Mark and his wife brought him, and my other dog, into their house. The dog required around the clock attention and had to be medicated frequently. Mark and his wife provided all of that for him and when I returned to town, they offered to keep the dog and take care of him, which I could not have done being at work all day. Mark was not going to give up trying to save the dog. He and his wife took care of him for the next several days. Unfortunately, my dog was not getting better and I had to let him go. I always knew that Mark and his wife were good, animal loving people and provided an excellent care and service to all animals at the Boise Kennels. What they did for my dog, and me, was above and beyond any expectations. Thank you guys for being who you are. I will be forever grateful!!!
