Review content:
Was excited to go here because an acquaintance gave it a good review and I LOVE Thai food. However, it was not a good experience. The Chicken Rama dish I ordered arrived luke warm. What made that especially tricky was that the temperature inside the place was a tad warmer than it was outside on the chilly November night we visited. I knew we were in for a cold dining experience when I saw that the hostess was wearing a big scarf (I am not making this up). Needless to say, we kept our coats on the whole time. So in order to keep my food from getting completely cold, I had to eat fast. Fortunately, I was extremely hungry so it was not a problem despite it being what seemed like microwaved strips of chicken drowning in peanut paste. My wife's dish may have been even worse. She ordered a vegetarian dish that came with soft tofu (can't remember the name). When we asked if we could get the tofu fried, the server said that that's just the way it comes. He said he can make it the NEXT time if we let him know. What he failed to realize was that since he didn't at all try to offer a solution---bring some fried tofu on the side, for example---there will be no next time. He was polite about it---and it was her fault for ordering something without reading it closely---but he should have tried to work with us. Most restaurants do. They don't normally say, well, that's just the way it comes. Come back next time and we'll cook it how you want.
Pros: You can take a mint out of the bowl when you leave
Cons: Food, service, prices
