oved to Manhattan from Boston; building only allows moves between 9-5. Movers arrived at 2pm! FIVE guys packed me in Boston; TWO in NY! Building ejected them after 6pm, half my furniture went back to Boston. Trip #2 late again! Two local movers waited TWO hours for the Best Relocation guys. After they 'finished' had to claim a sofa still on their truck! Unfortunately I didnt realize that a chest that one of the movers had admired was also missing. Trip #3 they returned my chest (with the lock broken!). Best Relocation refused to honor my insurance claim. BTW, the driver told me the reason why they arrived late in NY twice is that the moving van had broken lights so they could only drive during daylight hours.
