After positive experiences at other Claim Jumper restaurants, we were looking forward to a nice dinner. I ordered the rotisserie chicken, and it was so dry that it wasn't really edible. After delivering our food, our waitress disappeared for the next 30 minutes. Our drinks sat empty, and I was left with only plain mashed potatoes and overcooked vegetables for dinner. When our waitress finally returned, she did not ask how the food was, just if I needed a box. I said no to the box, and before I could finish speaking and complain about the chicken, she was gone to get the check. We paid and left disgusted. The service was horrible - even when we tried to get attention from other servers, we were simply ignored. Nobody there smiled - they all looked miserable and it was felt throughout the restaurant. We will definitely not return.
