""BE VERY WEARY OF THIS COMPANY! WE HIRED LARRY TO PERFORM OUR WEDDING RECEPTION IN AUGUST, LARRY WENT TO ANOTHER WEDDING BECAUSE MORE MONEY WAS INVOLVED. HIS WIFE POORLY PERFORMED AT OURS. WE REQUESTED SOME HIP-HOP MUSIC AND HER REPLY WAS THAT SHE DOESN'T REALLY LIKE TO PLAY THAT KIND OF MUSIC BUT IF THAT IS WHAT WE WANTED THEN SHE WOULD PLAY IT, YET SHE DIDN'T. THERE WAS NO INTERACTION WITH OUR GUESTS. SHE BROUGHT A CHILD WITH HER AND OUR WEDDING SONG WAS CUT OFF ABRUPTLY! OUR GUESTS LEFT OUR RECEPTION EARLY BECAUSE OF THE POOR PERFORMANCE BY HIS WIFE. WE WERE TO RECEIVE A REFUND.CALLS WERE MADE AND NO REPLY WAS GIVEN.FINALLY WHEN I GOT THE OWNER ON THE PHONE I WAS TOLD HE ""WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO"". A FEW HOURS LATER I GET AN EMAIL STATING THAT THEY DID INVESTIGATING (APPARENTLY THE SAME DAY I SPOKE TO HIM) AND THAT IT WAS DETERMINED I WAS A FRAUD...I DON'T THINK SO...WHEN I CONTACTED THE VENUE LOW AND BEHOLD THE ONE AND ONLY PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE VENUE STATES NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED HER...SURPRISE, SURPRISE! SO MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS FIND ANOTHER DJ SERVICE IF YOU WANT AN EVENING TO REMEMBER.IF YOU JUST WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY, THROW IT TO THEM, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.""
