Subcontractors BEWARE!!!! They subcontract and do NOT pay the contractors on time or AT ALL. Forcing the contractor to put a lean on the owners home. My husband and I have been trying to get a hold of Kevin and Denise for sometime now to get paid for 2 JOBS that he did and they REFUSE to answer the calls or pay up. When we went to their home they were there and did not answer the door. Coinsedentally at the same time another Contractor came to collect money he was owed.
Pros: They were friendly
Cons: if there is a problem they do not fix right away
