This is my first time writing a bad review. I went to the Coon Rapids location because I was going on vacation and needed a base tan. The girls behind the desk were talking bad about a customer they had just placed in a bed. I was shocked when I realized one of them was the manager. It made me wonder what they were going to say while I was tanning. The manager pushed me into a package and said oh you can cancel at anytime if you are unhappy about the service you received. I felt I received no color from any bed I used. Every time I would use my package they keeped telling me I need to up my bed thus spending more money! I tried to cancel my membership via internet and telephone. They told me I need to come in to cancel. Ugh! I would not recommend the Coon Rapids location! Beware of the high pressure sales tactics.
