My account was paid in full in July 2009, as verified by Virginia Rodriguez and Loyola Medical Center. In October 2009 Laura Martinez calls to say that I owe over $232.00 to this account. When I faxed her 7 pages of reciepts to prove that this account has been overpaid, she refused to acknowledge the fax and refused to return phone calls. Her supervisor, Tom Costello, is no better and has yet to return any of my calls.
