they over charge, if you call to price check they are the highest, their residential person (yes only 1)! doesn't know his right from his left, and the customer service stinks! while waiting for a simple phone call from them for over 24 hours, our entire unit crashed. could have been prevented. not to mention it repeated keeps breaking and BRYANT is suggesting it is the installer/ service.
Pros: no pros!
Cons: service is terrible, in every way and shape
