Bob Schwendenman is the owner. First, he is not licensed to pour concrete as he portrays. He poured our concrete slab with no forms so the floor was not level. The floor had a 2 inch slope on one side. When called, Bob had absolutely no interest in the flawed pour, gave several poor excuses why the floor came out that way and refused to come to look at the sloped floor. Our project was completely ruined. Then if that was bad enough, he cursed and swore and blamed taking no responsibility for the fact that he did not arrive in time to make forms before the pumping truck arrived. If that was not bad enough, then he did not pay the concrete mixing company despite the fact that he was paid for the materials causing a lien to be placed on our home. Run from this business because the owner is dishonest, cocky, lacks integrity and is ""full of himself.""
