I have taken my clothes here on several occasions (shouldn't have). The first time I took them here, they ruined a shirt (had black on it once I picked it up), the second time they had a button fall off and told me that it wasn't there to begin with (which I know it was), and now I took them a $200 dress that they returned with black all over it. Needless too say, Im finished with second chances and want to recommend that no one take their clothing here. In addition, they have very expensive prices compared to where I now take my drycleaning (which returns it in perfect condition). I am not normally one to complain about service (EVER), but this has been absolutely terrible. Please consider this when chosing a dry cleaning service.
Cons: Ruined my clothing on 3 occasions and never refunded me of offered to help. THey only denied it all.
