Businiess name:  Capture The Memory-Karen Rice

Review content:
When I was planning my wedding, I stumbled on Karen Rice with Capture the Memory. We were so excited to have found an affordable photographer, her prices were half as much as others in the area. We went and reviewed her work and were pleased. We worked out the details and even hired an additional photographer for three hours and signed the contract. We were promised 1,000 pictures for the wedding and reception. After the wedding, we received ONLY 300 pictures. The second photographer stayed longer than the contract stated and we were charged for her time and Karen Rice's extra time. It was like the contract didn't exist. She almost doubled the price when we didn't ask for additional time with the photographers. We received less than half of the pictures promised to us. One of my bridesmaids took 600 pictures and she was in the wedding. She was dishonest. She promised she would make it right...but we have given her several months and she will not return phone calls or emails. Please don't use Capture the Memory. You will not save any money and you will be extremely disappointed with her dishonesty and lack of integrity! We learned the hard way.
