Chris and his crew at Honest Install were very professional and knowledgeable. Chris was able to handily come up with solutions to problems that arose. He consulted with me the whole way on what the possible solutions could be. We talked about them and arrived at the best installation for my location.
Honest Install installed my 60 inch Sony Bravia over my fireplace with a TV mount. They also installed a sound bar over the fireplace mantel as well. They connected all the wires and components behind the mantel. It looks great; I am very pleased with what they did. Everything works properly. We even got a Logitech remote that makes operating all the components in the TV and dish very easy. He was able to program it for us while he was here.
I had gotten estimates from others that were far less qualified than Honest Install, but if felt great to use a company with their knowledge base. I was so glad that I went with them. I felt that if I went with someone else, they would mess it up and I would end up calling Chris anyway. This is what they do, they specialize in it, and they know their components. It was great to use a company that could come in and do it right the first time.
Honest Install kept their word. They showed up when they said and kept their appointments. Chris even followed up with me. The customer service as aspect of it was a highlight for me.
